Kid Approved Green Smoothies!

I am obsessed with this recipe I came upon from the blog 100 days of real food. My boys are soooo picky. So picky that I want to cry at almost every meal. I envy those moms whose kids will gobble up veggies and nibble on salads. Well, I finally found a way to sneak some goodness into those little cookie monsters!! I caved a couple of months ago and purchased a Vitamix. It was a huge splurge for us, but I must admit those infomercials were right.....Worth every penny! So here is the recipe.
2 cups Spinach
2 cups water
1 cup mango - I use Frozen because I hate cutting up mangos
1 cup Pineapple - Ditto
That's it Fit Chics!! Easy Breezy!!
PS - Drink your smoothie in a Mason Jar while wearing your Fit Chic Headband!!! It will make you feel oh so hip! Serve your kids this smoothie in a dark cup with a colored straw so that they can't see the color - I promise it doesn't taste green, but if they are like my boys they don't eat or drink anything green......SIGH
